Utilities: Water and Electricity
To ensure transparent pricing, the rental rate includes reasonable daily utility usage: ✔ Electricity consumption up to 60 kWh per day. Additional usage is charged at USD 0.64 per kWh ✔ Water consumption up to 1 m³ per day. Additional usage is charged at USD 10 per m³.
Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out to ensure accuracy. If usage exceeds the included allowance, the difference will be calculated and communicated after your stay. We kindly ask guests to switch off the air conditioning when leaving the villa during the day. This helps keep energy use sustainable and costs predictable for everyone.
